Homemade Lavender Play Dough

This natural playdough has a beautiful color and scent. It is wonderful for sensory play.

Kneading the dough is a great workout for little fingers that are developing their fine motor skills. And as you play you are releasing the soothing fragrance.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 cup of salt
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 2-3 drops purple food coloring
• 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil

Directions:

1. Add in one and half cups of just-boiled water and mix all your ingredients together to form your dough.
   
2. Give it a good knead for a couple of minutes, and you are ready to play.
